Short Sunday Workout

300 jumping jacks, 80 sit-ups, 30 push-ups, 3 sets of 15 bicep curls, 90 calf raises, 200 high knees, 10 squats, and a LOT of walking around holding Kaia. 

Oh, and we made brownie cupcakes which I will try and get up on Kaia's Cupcakes tomorrow.

ummm. Awesome! I managed two deep knee bends while holding the baby, but I don' think that counts, lol.

Mommy Glow said...!!! That is AMAZING!! I do pushups on my knees and cant get past 5 lol! I have got to work up strength in my upper body! Good work!!

whoa there, overachiever...i love that you consider that a short workout.

if i did that, i would be in bed for a week and someone would have to assist me to the bathroom.

i'm so glad that you are posting your's keeping it in my head so that i can gear up for the new year and the resolutions i want to make.=)
