At some point I will likely move the majority of my fitness posts to this section. This will include work-outs and weekly stats updates as well as discussions on diet, routines, health, exercise equipment etc. This way, people who read my blog, and are bored with or uninterested in this topic do not have to be subjected to my discussions on fitness. I like to try out new exercise videos, classes, and equipment and post my/their success or failure here for your viewing pleasure. Currently, these are all unpaid reviews not backed by or requested by any companies. And yes, I could definitely be talked into reviewing said videos, classes, equipment here on this blog for a price ;) In all fairness, if I do ever do that, I will definitely let you lovely readers know.
