Study Sunday

I finished all of my work here today so, . . . it's time to get on to studying!  I really need to get moving on the book teaching me about becoming a personal trainer!  I wish it was smaller though so I could read it while I hold Kaia.  It's so awkward and heavy though!  I need an e-book version.

I'm going to keep this short because I want to get in as much as I can before my mandatory afternoon run (2 miles today) which I guess is good that I finally test my foot out on more than a walk and strength training.  Besides, it seems most people don't do a lot of blog reading on the weekend.

How has your weekend been going?  I hope well!

My weekend was full of laundry it seems! Although I did workout today, did Turbo Jam. And will be on the elliptical in the morning!

Good luck with the studying!

Wow..do you run every day? I've been really bad about working out..oh for the last 10 years or so. Any tips on getting back into it?

We had a busy weekend with my husband's birthday on Saturday. Did a three mile walk yesterday and was up at 6:20 to work out this morning!

You are studying to be a personal trainer? That's amazing!! I've been going to the gym quite a bit but haven't been running in a while. Although I'm feeling much more motivated lately (mostly due to the marathon).

How is your foot feeling with the running you've been doing?

Stephanie, how's turbo jam? I've never heard of it!

Jiye, I don't run as often as I'd like now. Before Kaia I ran almost every day. Hm, tips, probably some of the best things to help you get into it again would be to get a workout buddy or group and ease into it with manageable goals for you. Like start out with taking walks with A or doing your Shred video. Or, another thing that;s good is to sign up for a 5K and train for it. Your fees are like investment pushing you to do the training.

Anne, that's fantastic! Good for you!

Thanks Sarah! I'm trying! I'm moving slow though!

Karen, foot's doing well so far! Thanks!
